You can shorten any url you see on the internet to a numeric or custom short
url with URLCutter.
With URLCutter, you don't have to remember those long urls or care about them
getting wrapped in emails and forums and hence becoming useless. You cut them
to short and meaningful urls like
http://urlcutter.com/url. You can
shorten a long url in any one the following the two ways, as you like.

Just copy the long url from browsers address bar and follow steps as listed
below:

Navigate to our site

On the home page, paste the long url you had copied before in the box below the
"Paste a long URL below" text

If you want to create a custom shortcut of your choice, enter the short url of
your choice in step 2 and click on "Create custom URL" button and the free
short url of your choice will be created, if available.
If you don't opt to create custom url, just click on "Create random URL" button
and the random short url will be created for you.

Use any of the "Cut URL"
browser buttons. If you decide to use random "Cut URL" button, when you
click on it, a new random short url will be created. However, if you decide to
use custom "Cut URL" button, the long url will be filled in the step 1. Enter a
short url of your choice, and hit on "Create custom URL" button, and new
short url will be generated, if available.
