Troubleshooting

Bookmarklet
You need to have javascript enabled for the bookmarklet to function.

1. For Windows 2003 users with IE's enhanced security configuration enabled:
a. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security.
b. Select Trusted sites and then click on "Sites" button.
c. In the dialog that opens up, select "Add" and that should allow the bookmarklet to work.

2. For Windows XP users with Service Pack 2
a. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security.
b. Select Trusted sites and then click on "Sites" button.
c. In the dialog that opens up, select "Add" and that should allow the bookmarklet to work.
d. You should now be able to setup the bookmarklet by following the step by step instructions from tools page.

Other issues
1. Popup blocked:
If you have any popup blocker or toolbar with popup blocking enabled installed in your browser or system, press Ctrl key while clicking on the bookmarklet to allow the popups.
